Mike Nilson established Free Booking Service over twenty five years ago having travelled widely and staying in many hotels. Based on his experiences, he wanted to simplify the way in which hotels rooms and venues were booked whilst driving down cost and improving customer service.
Today, Mike and his team book thousands of rooms every month for a wide variety of clients whose needs change on a daily basis. Service is of paramount importance and we do all we can to sort out problems.
